- Date of birth and Social Security Number (for background verification)
- Driver's license number and issuing state/country
- Photos of your driver's license (front and back) and a selfie for identity verification
- Vehicle information (make, model, year, insurance details)
- Banking information for payment processing
Automatically Collected Information
- IP address and approximate geolocation
- Device type, browser type, and operating system
- Usage data, session duration, and interaction logs
- GPS location data during active deliveries (with your permission)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Process your driver application and conduct background checks
- Verify your identity and prevent fraud
- Process payments and manage your earnings
- Communicate with you about your account, deliveries, and promotions
- Improve our platform, services, and user experience
